People ask AI assistants which hospital, clinic, coaching centre or restaurant to choose. The business never sees the answer, or who was recommended in its place.

The questions customers ask.
Questions in English and in regional languages: Bengali and Banglish are built in, and custom questions can be in any language.

Asked of each AI tool.
Other spellings, doctors’ names and phone numbers all count as a mention.
When one AI tool fails, the rest of the check still counts, with the reason for what didn’t work.

Searched on the web, too.
It also searches the web for the same questions and reads the pages that come up, to see which sites name the business and which name its rivals instead.
A page that asks crawlers to stay out is not read.

A dashboard, month by month.
The mention rate is tracked month by month, for each AI tool.

What to fix.
The results become suggested fixes, such as the sites to get listed on and the services AI never connects with the business.
A website check, with no AI, scores how ready the business’s own site is for AI assistants, and gives the fix for each check it fails.
