This notice covers this website. Scholar and ClinicOS have their own privacy notices.
Who we are
This website is operated by Ishaan Seal, founder of Varaxis. You can reach us through the contact page or at hello@varaxisgroup.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the topic you chose, your name, email address, organisation (if you give one) and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
The website does not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It keeps two small settings in your browser: your motion preference, if you change it, and how much of the 3D animation your device can comfortably show. Neither identifies you, and neither leaves your device.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@varaxisgroup.com.
