The consultation already happened. The record should too.
ClinicOS records the consultation that was already happening, transcribes it, drafts a structured note, and asks the doctor only to review and sign.

01 · Context
Where the record goes today.
During a consultation, notes, prescriptions and history end up spread across paper, memory and whatever screen is nearest. Writing them up takes attention away from the patient.
- A paper slip
- A prescription pad
- A message
- From memory
02 · How it works
From visit to record.
- 01
The consultation is recorded.
In the current prototype, transcription can run on the clinic’s own computer.
- 02
It is transcribed.
The spoken language is detected automatically.
- 03
ClinicOS drafts a structured note.
Every note ClinicOS writes is a draft until a doctor signs it.
Any diagnosis in the draft is the one the doctor stated aloud. ClinicOS does not suggest one.
- 04
The doctor reviews, edits and signs.
Only a doctor can sign a note.
The recording is deleted when the doctor signs.
- 05
The record, and the paper the patient takes home.
Each signed visit joins the patient’s history.
A printable A4 prescription, with a “come back at once if…” box the doctor writes.
Status: Prototype Every step above is working in the prototype. None of it is in use at a clinic yet.
